Inventory & Warehouse Control Specialist | Remote | Spain

About the Opportunity

An innovative international technology company is looking for an Inventory & Warehouse Control Specialist to strengthen its Supply Chain team.

This position is responsible for ensuring the traceability, accuracy, and availability of inventory across multiple third-party logistics providers and supplier warehouses. You will manage technical consumables and operational assets while working closely with Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure business continuity and support production activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory traceability across third-party logistics (3PL) providers and supplier warehouses.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for technical consumables, including prepregs, honeycomb, Kapton, adhesives, VDA, and other production materials.
  • Control operational assets such as molds, fixtures, tooling, and other production equipment.
  • Monitor inventory movements between suppliers, logistics partners, and operational sites.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Support production and operational planning by ensuring the availability of materials and assets.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to optimize inventory processes.
  • Generate inventory reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive continuous improvements in inventory control, warehouse processes, and traceability.
  • Ensure compliance with internal inventory management procedures and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and external warehouses.
  • Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and traceability processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is an advantage.
