Your Mission

As Managing Partner of ISG in Luxembourg, you will develop and lead your own business within the Group, driven by a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

You will build long-term relationships with your clients and offer tailored solutions across the following areas:

  • Executive Search: Recruitment of executives and strategic profiles.
  • Search & Selection: Recruitment of managers, specialists and qualified professionals.
  • HR Consulting: Strategic advisory and organisational transformation.
  • Development & Training: Tailored programmes to develop skills and talent.
  • Outplacement: Supporting companies and professionals throughout periods of transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Strategy: Identify opportunities, generate leads and manage the full sales cycle within the Luxembourg market.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain a strong network of senior executives, HR Directors and high-level decision-makers.
  • Consultative Approach & Solution Selling: Understand your clients' needs and challenges and demonstrate the value of ISG's solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead Executive Search and consulting assignments in coordination with ISG's local and international teams.
  • ISG Brand Representation: Promote the Group's values of professionalism, integrity and excellence.
  • Marketing & Visibility: Participate in Group events and initiatives to strengthen ISG's brand awareness and support business development.
