On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution, we are looking for a Specialized Financing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the structuring and execution of complex lending transactions focused on customized financing solutions for energy industry, project finance investments and leveraged finance acquisitions;
- Participate together with Corporate Coverage in client meetings and interviews to thoroughly understand the business model, the investment projects and the financing need;
- Debt capacity assessment based on project documents analysis;
- Design and create proficient financial models;
- Lead and participate in structuring and negotiating financing offers for the pursued deals;
- Prepare indicative Head of Terms/Term Sheets, Credit applications and presentations;
- Lead RFP processes for contracting independent Due Diligence with third parties specific for each deal;
- Contribute to the financing documentation negotiation and closing, as well as in the subsequent specific Project Finance / Leveraged Finance conditions monitoring for the deals in the allocated portfolio;
- Perform industry research and market analysis either as part of a specific deal or for internal knowledge build-up;
- Prepare qualitative pitching proposals for the potential corporate customers/ private equity;
Requirements:
- University / Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or other quantitative degree;
- CFA/ ACCA qualification or in progress is appreciated;
- 5 years of relevant experience in Project/ Leveraged/Structured Finance, Corporate Finance or BIG 4 advisory units;
- Solid knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
- Demonstrated experience in financing Renewable Energy Renewable Energy Project Finance/Project Finance/Acquisition Finance/ Leveraged Finance, successful closed transactions;
- Excellent analytical, financial analysis, financial modelling, business writing and communication skills;
- Focused, determined, performance driven and solution oriented;
- Self-organized and able to work either independently or to collaborate in various project team set-ups.
