We are currently looking for a Design Engineer to join an international company operating in the industrial equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop industrial equipment according to customer requirements and internal engineering standards.
- Provide technical support to production teams and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Support the sales team by preparing technical drawings, datasheets and documentation for customized quotations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including engineering calculations, drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), technical specifications and equipment approvals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements, CE standards and engineering specifications.
- Provide technical support for equipment installed at customer sites, including troubleshooting, warranty-related issues and performance improvements.
- Participate in customer site visits to assess technical issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support production activities and ensure equipment meets quality requirements.
- Coordinate equipment testing activities and maintain accurate technical documentation throughout the project and product lifecycle.
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in engineering design; project management experience would be an advantage.
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience with engineering design software; knowledge of Autodesk Inventor would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Previous experience in heavy industry or industrial equipment manufacturing is a strong plus.
