Procurement Agent (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent works in the General Services Office.

  • procures a variety of goods and services for the three U.S. Missions in Vienna (Tri-Mission),
  • acts as official purchase card holder procuring goods and services up to USD 10,000,
  • is responsible for procurement of subscriptions/publications,
  • provides administrative support with tasks in databases and purchase systems.

Qualifications and competencies required:

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Necessary education and work experience:
    • Either:
      • Two-years of post-secondary eduction
      • 3 years experience in office administration and/or purchasing
    • Or:
      • Completion of secondary school (e.g. Matura; HAK)
      • 5 years experience in office administration and/or purchasing
