Nesrin Özgüler, Yıldız Üniversitesi, Makine Mühendisliği bölümünü 1992 yılında bitirdi. Aynı yıl İngiltere ye giderek 2 yıllık dil eğitiminin sonunda, Cambridge FCE ile Business English sertifikalarını aldı.

1994 yılından itibaren 20 yıl boyunca Hattat Holding bünyesinde grubun amiral gemisi olan ve otomotiv işlerini yürüten Hema Endüstri şirketinde Pazarlama ve Satış Mühendisi olarak başladığı görevinde çeşitli kademelerde görev yaptıktan sonra Satıştan sorumlu Gn.Md.Yrd.lığı pozisyonunu 7 yıl sürdürdü.

Six Sigma yeşil kuşak sahibi olan Özgüler, müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi, yeni müşteri ve pazar yaratma, uzun dönemli ticari anlaşmalar yapma, fiyatlandırma, müzakere teknikleri, satış pazarlama raporları, satış planlama, sipariş yönetimi ve performans yönetimi konularında yetkindir.

Satış – Pazarlama yönetiminin yanında, arama konferansında SWOT analizi, misyon, vizyon, çalışmaları sonucunda uzun dönemli şirket stratejisinin oluşturulması çalışmalarında yer aldı.

Beyaz yaka motivasyonun artırılması, şirket kültürü ve aidiyet konularında İnsan Kaynakları projelerini gerçekleştirmiş, kişisel gelişim, motivasyon, sunum teknikleri, 360 derece liderlik, ikna teknikleri eğitimleri almıştır.

Nuray Zipak Vetr, Anadolu Üniversitesi I.I.B.F Isletme Bölümü’nü 1988 yilinda bitirdikten sonra ideali olan “bankacilik” alaninda Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi’nda Kambiyo Bölümünde calismaya basladi.

3 yil calisma sonrasinda iki yillik yabanci dil egitimi icin Ingiltere’ye gitti.

Bankacilik ve Menkul Kiymetler konulari yaninda, kisilik gelisimi,motivasyon, organizasyon ve yönetimi, pazarlama ve satis gibi konularda düzenlenen seri egitimlere katilarak sertifikalar elde etti. SPK’nin düzenledigi Temel (brokerlik) – Ileri Düzey ve Vadeli Islemler Sertifikasi’na sahip.

ISG International ile yeni bir profesyonel hayata gecerek özellikle finans ve baglantili alanlarda, biriken tecrübesini bir hamle daha ileriye götürerek bu konuda danismanlik yapmak ve sahis – firma profillerinin uyumunu baz alarak verimli ve dogru adayin secilmesinde tecrübe ve bilgisinin kullanimi ile sistemde yer almaya karar verdi.

Yıldız Üniversitesi Makina Mühendisliği mezunu olan Aylin GÜNBEY, toplam 20 yıllık özel sektör tecrübesine sahiptir. 17 yılı Otomotiv, 2,5 yılı Beyaz eşya sektöründe geçen çalışma hayatı süresince pek çok projede proje liderliği yapmıştır.

1994 yılında Bosch Profilo Sanayi A.Ş – Çerkezköy fabrikada ARGE departmanında standartlar mühendisi olarak göreve başlamıştır.

1998 yılında Otoyol- Sakarya firmasında Kalite bölümünde Kalite güvence müh. olarak çalışmıştır.

2000 yılında Ford Otosan Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş de toplam 11 yıl “Ford Üretim sistem sorumlusu” ve “Kalıp imalat Programı –ERP Proje sorumlusu” olarak görev yapmıştır. Bu sırada Kocaeli Üniversitesinde, İşletme yüksek lisansını tamamlamıştır. Tez konusu “İK Performans Yönetim Sistemi” dir.

2011 yılından sonra bir Otomotiv yan sanayi firması olan CPS Pres Form Sanayi A.Ş şirketinde proje lideri olarak çalışmıştır.  Ayrıca IATF 16949 kurulumunda görev almıştır.

Bir süre yönetim sistemleri danışmanlığı yaptıktan sonra, 2019 yılında ISG ailesine katılarak  Otomotiv, ağır sanayi ve endüstriyel üretim alanınlarında aşağıdaki konularda hizmet vermeye başlamıştır.

Silan joined ISG at the beginning of 2023 as a Recruiter Consultant for the ISG offices in Turkey. Prior to her career at ISG, Silan studied Human Resources at the university, then worked as an HR specialist for many years at different companies from various industries such as healthcare, global groceries chain, facility
management and telco. Throughout her career, she hired many IT, Software and Product experts for projects and companies both in Turkey and the United Kingdom. She worked as a Recruitment & HR Manager at the sole subcontractor company of Pladis for their tech resources. One of her biggest achievements was to close more than 50 tech and product job openings for Pladis Group by herself, increasing the number of full-time tech employees from 70 to 120 in 2 years.

In 2018 she also worked as an HR Lead at a mobile app and website development agency. She filled more than 30 tech and product roles in 1.5 years, and hit the hiring targets on time. Zeren Alkan, graduated from a Yildiz Technical University Economics department in 2013. After her graduation, she worked in global and local human resources processes of different sectors. During this entire period, she had the opportunity to manage the recruitment processes of all departments, from entry level to managerial roles. After nearly 10 years of human resources institution and consultancy experience, she joined the ISG team in 2024. After graduating Sankt Georg Austrian College in Istanbul, Bülent achieved his Msc. Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University in Darmstadt Germany.

He has over 35 yrs. of professional experience, mainly with multinational companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical, textile and metal sectors in production, sales and HR functions.

As an expert of human resources management he brings along 25 years of professionalism as HR director and member of the executive board of German and Belgian companies.
