After graduating Sankt Georg Austrian College in Istanbul, Bülent achieved his Msc. Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University in Darmstadt Germany.
He has over 35 yrs. of professional experience, mainly with multinational companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical, textile and metal sectors in production, sales and HR functions.
As an expert of human resources management he brings along 25 years of professionalism as HR director and member of the executive board of German and Belgian companies. In the field of HR management he has broad experience in all of Human Resources subjects namely in recruiting, training and development, performance management, career planning, compensation and benefits, assessment centers, industrial relations, restructuring and re-organization. He is fluent in German and English.
Bülent joined the ISG team in December 2014 for the first time. After a break for taking up a Interim HR Manager role in a multinational company he joined us again in March 2024.
