Country Manager


Peter Wadsholt is Country Manager in ISG Sweden, ISG Finland and ISG Latvia.

He has degrees in Law, Computing, Economics and NLP and 28 years of experience from Danish and international companies as Business Builder, Sales Executive, Executive Management and Lawyer.

Peter recruits across all management disciplines providing clients with a tailored search, advertised selection, recruitment support and assessment solutions as required. Furthermore, he can offer tailored outplacement support adjusted to the individual needs of employees.


Peter is a member of the Danish-German Chamber of Commerce (Dansk-Tysk Handelskammer / Deutsch-Dänische Handelskammer) and is an expert in cross-border recruitment between Denmark, Germany and Sweden.


Tero Pietilä

Managing Partner


Tero has a long experience from Wholesale industry i.a. as Managing Director. He has also been envolved in international acquisition and was a key person in motivating employees after that. Tero is however very practical person and has even met the daily challenges of an IT-start-up as an interim Managing Director. He quickly understands the essentials of different business operations and how to engage the personnel on the grass-root level.

Paul Adeola, MSc, BBA



Paul has an International Business Degree (BBA), Masters Degree in Economics (MSc Econs) and certifications in Project Management and business process improvements. He has 15+ years of work experience in Pharmaceutical, Engineering and information management industries and environments.

Paul´s extensive background in project management and business operations has enabled him to build the requisite knowledge base and skill sets to help businesses create superior values for customers and achieve organizational short and long-term goals.


Paul is a member of Project Management Institute and an associate member of PMO Global Institute. He is passionate about creating customer-centric solutions and helping globally distributed and cross-functional teams implement effective strategies that drive business values. He is an expert in internal and external partners and stakeholders management across Asia, North America Europe and Africa.
