Anrijs Matiss is Managing Partner in ISG Latvia.

He has master degree in engineering (IT) and 29 years of experience in different governmental and business institutions in Latvia. He has been State secretary at the Ministry of Economics, State secretary and later Minister of Transport of Latvia, Member of Latvian Parliament. As representative of state he has been shareholder in large Latvian companies, AirBaltic, Latvian Railways, etc. For last five years he is involved in business consultations as project manager at Meta Advisory Latvia and has his own consultancy company Matiss Consulting SIA. Specializes in business and management consultations, IT, transport, logistics, energy and infrastructure fields. Among clients there are several well-known international companies.
