Accenture, The Coca-Cola Company and Cisco Systems are some of the companies where she acquired and developed her competencies as an HR leader, working in different roles and in diverse countries.

She has more than 25 years of continuous improvement and implementation of HR processes in many different market sectors. Increasing organizational effectiveness and building successful partnership with business leaders have been her specific accountabilities to help Companies to achieve their business needs.
From Recruiting Process to Talent Development and Compensation systems, she managed and led numerous HR projects aligning the HR Plan with the Companies’ mission and strategy.
