Silan embarked on her journey in the field of Human Resources after completing her studies in Human Resources at university. Her career flourished as she ventured into various industries, including healthcare, retail, facility management, and telecommunications.
Specializing in IT, Software, and Product recruitment, Silan has shown her skill in finding and hiring excellent employees for projects and companies in Turkey and the United Kingdom.
Notably, Silan played a pivotal role as a Recruitment & HR Manager at a key subcontractor of Pladis, where she single-handedly filled over 50 tech and product job openings. This accomplishment led to a significant expansion of the tech workforce, increasing full-time tech employees from 70 to 120 within just two years.
In addition to her achievements in tech recruitment, Silan’s tenure at a mobile app and website development agency showcased her ability to meet hiring targets efficiently, filling over 30 tech and product roles within tight deadlines.
