Silan joined ISG at the beginning of 2023 as a Recruiter Consultant for the ISG offices in Turkey. Prior to her career at ISG, Silan studied Human Resources at the university, then worked as an HR specialist for many years at different companies from various industries such as healthcare, global groceries chain, facility
management and telco. Throughout her career, she hired many IT, Software and Product experts for projects and companies both in Turkey and the United Kingdom. She worked as a Recruitment & HR Manager at the sole subcontractor company of Pladis for their tech resources. One of her biggest achievements was to close more than 50 tech and product job openings for Pladis Group by herself, increasing the number of full-time tech employees from 70 to 120 in 2 years.

In 2018 she also worked as an HR Lead at a mobile app and website development agency. She filled more than 30 tech and product roles in 1.5 years, and hit the hiring targets on time. The roles filled by Silan included but not limited to; Application Development Specialist, Applications Manager, AS400 Expert, Data Analyst, eBA Developers, ERP Finance, Integration Engineer, JDE Finance, Network and Audio Specialist, Project Management Specialist, SAP SD Consultant, Software Specialist-Oracle Billing, Workflow Specialist, VIP Helpdesk Expert, Software Architect, Master Data Management , Front-end (Android, iOS, react native, web), Back-end (.Net, JAVA), QA engineers, UI/UX designers, business analysts and product managers. She also has various certificates and training in personal development, employer branding, employee engagement , performance management, employee loyalty and reduction in turnover.

She speaks Turkish and English fluently.
