Viktória graduated at the University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration of Budapest in Public Management to which she added a second degree as Protocol Expert at the University of Public Service. Her professional career started in the public administration sector in the area of customer affairs and continued as Expert of Social Insurance at the Hungarian State Treasury. Later on, she moved to business direction and worked as Office Manager. Lifelong learning is matter of prime importance for her, hence she continuously trains herself and broadens her horizon.

Viktória joined ISG in as Researcher, and supports the work of the Senior Consultants.

Her personal sub-specialities:

• Research  ̶  mapping of different market segments, identifying target persons, contacting –  by using Direct Search, Headhunting method or depending on the position level using Executive Search methodology;
• Contacting Candidates, presenting the position, convincing;
• Preparing reports;
• Maintaining of databases and records;
• Supporting the work of Senior Consultants.
