Krisztina Pulay
Managing Director / Country Manager
Krisztina graduated as an Economist at the University of Economics and did her MBA at the University of Technology and Economics.
She started her career in the field of foreign trade. Due to her enthusiastic, proactive and professional attitude, she was soon promoted and became the Procurement Manager of a manufacturing company. A few years later, she continued her career as Managing Director and became responsible for the representation of a multinational company in Hungary.
In 1996, she joined CATRO International Management Consulting Ltd. as a Senior Consultant. One year later, she became the Managing Director of the company. She led the Hungarian subsidiary successfully for 13 years. In 2010 she joined ISG as Managing Director – Country Manager, and the Head of the ‘Consumer / Commercial Sector’ of the ISG Group.
Over the years together with her team, they completed countless successful domestic and international Executive Search, Direct Search and Selection, Outplacement, Assessment / Development Center, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Talent Search and Market Monitoring projects. Moreover, she developed long-term partnerships with the leaders of multinational companies as well as Hungarian large and medium-sized companies.

Viktória Kaposvári
Senior Executive Consultant / Head of ExS / HH Business Operations
Viktória started her career in the world of the professional tennis. She managed the sponsorship of the competitors and tournaments and the international sales. She got engaged with Human Resources during her studies and decided to continue her career in this direction.
After graduating as an HR Manager she got insight into the world of a multinational IT company SAP, later she became the Office Manager of the Catro Executive Consulting Ltd.
Beside her administrative tasks she learnt the method and technique of the Search & Selection, Research, Direct Search / Headhunting. She also took part in preparing Organisational Development projects and supported actively the work of Consultants.
She joined ISG 2010 as Research & Administration Manager. In this position she had full administration responsibility and also provided professional support to the Researcher Team and coordinated their work, delivered successfully several Search & Selection projects to different international and local companies.
2015 she was nominated to the Head of Search & Selection Division of ISG Hungary and lately she was promoted to Head of Executive Search & HH Business Operations.
She delivered successfully numerous Executive and Direct Search & Selection projects (segment-specific and support function positions) in different market segments – R&D, IT/Telecommunications, Automotive, Production / Manufacturing, SSC/BSC, Media, Technical Trade, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG etc.

Judit Gelencsér
Senior Consultant
Judit Gelencsér graduated at ELTE Teachers Training College, Budapest, at the Faculty of English-Russian. In order to gain some business knowledge, she completed her economics studies at the College of Foreign Trade, Budapest.
After spending some time in foreign trade field, she joined an Austrian consulting company, where she spent 11 years as a Consultant and Senior Consultant.
In October 2010 Judit Gelencsér changed and joined ISG as a Senior Consultant, in 2011 she successfully obtained ISG International Consultant Certification, and now she works in the Executive Search Division for a variety of international companies in different industries and on cross-boarding, regional projects and supporting international clients in several countries, regionally too.
She supports with great success her national and international partners in different fields.

Judit Martonosi-Nagy
Senior Consultant
Judit graduated at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration as an Economist and Teacher of Economics. She started her professional career in the field of Controlling and Accounting as a Specialist, later continued as a Supervisor in the same area working for multinational companies in the Energy and Service Sectors.
Following her instinctive feeling to support people and their life-long development she later changed to the field of Human Resources Management.
As Branch Manager of the Financial Division of Kelly Services Hungary, she started her HR-career by Headhunting Financial, Accounting professionals and executives. From here she moved to Assessment Systems Hungary as a Consulting Team Lead and Project Manager, and she was dealing with the design and execution of Assessment- and Development Centers, Psychometric Testing, Competence-analyses and -development, Executive and Team-Coaching, Career Management and Outplacement Consulting. Later she broadened her specialisation to the fields of Engineering, Marketing, Commerce, HR, Legal and general / Executive Management at GreenSearch pursuing Executive Search.
As a qualified Business and Life Coach, Outplacement- and Hogan-Consultant, she is devoted to support people in their own professional development.

Dóra Középesy
Senior Consultant
Dóra graduated as a language teacher at the Kossuth Lajos University of Debrecen, and also has a degree in foreign trade.
She gained extensive professional experience in international companies, worked as a Purchaser, Key Account Manager, PR and Communication Manager.
She spent 6 years in HR consultancy, mainly dealing with middle, top and expert positions, as well as being an Observer/Assessor and Project Manager for AC/DC processes. She participated in Outplacement processes, Career Counselling and Intercultural Training.
In 2019, she joined ISG team as a Consultant, focusing on Middle Management and Senior Experts.

Erika Gazdag
Back Office Specialist
Erika graduated at Budapest Business School Faculty of International Management and Business.
She started her professional carrier in HR services working as Headhunter / Consultant at a consultancy company. She gained extensive professional experience in the Search and Selection of Engineers and Mid-managers. She has proven evidence of numerous successful placements in different sectors (automotive, production / manufacturing, SSC, IT, banking).
She joined ISG team as a Consultant, focusing on Direct Search & Selection projects of international companies with generalist approach.

Viktória Szabó
Executive Research Team Lead / Senior Researcher
Viktória graduated at the University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration of Budapest in Public Management to which she added a second degree as Protocol Expert at the University of Public Service. Her professional career started in the public administration sector in the area of customer affairs and continued as Expert of Social Insurance at the Hungarian State Treasury. Later on, she moved to business direction and worked as Office Manager. Lifelong learning is matter of prime importance for her, hence she continuously trains herself and broadens her horizon.
Viktória joined ISG in as Researcher, and now she supports the work of the Senior Consultants as Executive Research Team Lead.

Emese Gál-Sziklai
Senior Researcher / Research Team Lead
Emese obtained her master’s degree at University of Debrecen on the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
After completing her studies, she has been working for 7 years as an Account Manager at a business management software company. She was responsible for clients in the SME sector.
She has joined ISG team in 2019 as a Researcher, was promoted to Senior Researcher and Research Team Lead in 2021 and supports currently the work of Senior Consultants, and coordinates the work of the Researchers.

Zsuzsanna Benkő
Senior Researcher
Zsuzsanna obtained her bachelor’s degree in Economy at Budapest Business School, at the tourism faculty. After completing her studies she was working at MEMRB Market Research Agency as Account Executive, managing main multinational clients’ requests. In this role she prepared and held market analysis presentations.
After leaving MEMRB, Zsuzsanna was working 7 years at British American Tobacco Kft. as Research Executive. She was coordinating the qualitative and quantitative market research projects for BAT Hungary and BAT Austria and she participated in main global market research projects. After this period she joined Tesco Hungary where she worked as Coordinator. In this position her main responsibilities included the coordination of store and category specific researches.
Between 2014 and 2017 Zsuzsanna worked as Research Analyst at Egon Zehnder Kft. She was supporting the German and Austrian market by searching for candidates, writing reports about potential candidates, preparing company profiles. Beside this she participated in candidate screening, interviewing and selection for Egon Zehnder Budapest office new colleagues.
Zsuzsanna joined ISG Team in 2018 as Senior Researcher.
In her current position she identifies the potential market segments and target candidates. She is contacting the potential experts and managers with Executive Search and Headhunting methods.

Anna Krizsanyik
Researcher
Anna studied at Budapest Business School’s Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality.
She has collected experience in several work projects and gained insight into the operation of different areas and sectors (e.g. tourism, banking, state and local government financed investments). Currently she is doing her master degree in Marketing at ELTE.
Anna joined ISG as Researcher, and supports the work of the Consultants since Spring 2021.

Zoltán Bódogh
Executive Researcher
Zoltán graduated from Kodolanyi Janos University of Tourism and Catering. After finishing his studies, he worked in several Hilton Hotels, and he performed sales activities in the tourism industry later on.
In 2020, he decided changing into the world of multinational companies. His new career started in the area of IT Support at AstraZeneca and later at GE. Using his knowledge and competences, he continued as an IT Sourcer at Morgan Stanley from 2022 on. Here, he did IT and Non-IT searches as well, and later also gained experience in the search of trainees as Campus Coordinator.
Zoltán joined the team of ISG as Executive Researcher.
In his current position, he maps different market segments and potential target persons and contacts relevant managers and professionals using mainly Executive Search and Headhunting methodology.

Brigitta graduated as journalist at the University of Szeged, Faculty of Communication and Media Sciences. She has worked as writer, Social Media Manager, and also as Crew Trainer in the United Kingdom. Later on she joined a company in the building and construction industry as HR Project Assistant, then she strengthened the team of an Engineering Office as Marketing Assistant. Human Resources have interested her for long years as she sees herself as a supportive person.

Her professional career started in the field of Customer Service, working for 2 years as a Customer Service Specialist in Public Administration, and then for 2 years as a Customer Relations and Back-office Expert at the Governmental Hotline. WORK EXPERIENCE
In 2010 she and her companions established the Coaching Team professional community, and she has been working in the field of business as individual, Group and Team Coach, Action Learning facilitator and Trainer.
She is a member of the Hungarian ICF department, since January 2014 she has been filling a Vice-President post in the Hungarian ICF department. From 2015 she is the president of the Hungarian ICF.
She started the life of business with the past of a professional sportswoman. She gained wide experience at Baumax Hungary Ltd. where she learned everything that was possible about trade. In a short time she filled a Leader position where she spent more than seven years.
She could not avoid those problems which every manager has to face. Today she wishes as a Leader she had a Coach who supports, helps, asks, is there, holds a mirror, encourages, pulls down to the ground, practices with her etc. Then all of these she did not receive and she was forced to work on herself without any support which took a lot of time and effort. Szilvia Malinovszky
Business Support Specialist
Szilvia graduated at College of Foreign Trade as Economist, later on at the Eötvös Loránd University as translator and interpreter. She spent several years at a multinational production company providing translation services for different departments (Sales, Production, Quality, Marketing, HR) and compiling company materials. She has gained many years of experience as top management assistant. She also worked for a translation agency as proofreader using and developing her language skills in Hungarian, German and English.
She joined the team of ISG in 2019 as Business Support Specialist where she is responsible for the full administrative support of the Consultants and strategic business support for the Management.

Office Manager
Imola graduated at Budapest College of Commercial, Tourism, and Catering as Tourism Specialist. Prior to joining ISG, she spent 20 years in tourism as a Tour Operator, then gained 5 years of experience as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant. She joined ISG team with full responsibility for the Back Office function of the Hungarian office.

Veronika graduated at Szent István University in Jászberény. Prior to joining ISG, she spent 9 years at a leasing company as an office manager – receptionist. She joined ISG team in 2018, where she is responsible for the entire Front Desk and from 2020 she performs Office Management tasks as well.
Main tasks:
- Managing and coordinating the office operation (administration, financial tasks, procurement etc.)
- Managing databases and record files
- Preparing reports and statements
- Welcoming/Greeting clients and candidates
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Responsible for preparing meeting rooms properly and daily record keeping
- Registration of customer and supplier accounts, contracts, other documents
- Handling invoices, preparing financial statements

Lorenzo Molinari
Senior Consultant
After his technical apprenticeship with ABB (former BBC) in Zurich, Lorenzo worked in the field of project management for different departments within ABB. During this time, he successfully completed an evening business school in Zurich.
November 1992 he moved to Hungary. From the planned six months stay he finally remained for 8 years, during which he was working for the internationally highly recognized Berlitz language school.
By the end of 2000 he returned back to Switzerland and worked with Credit Suisse in the HR department of the Private Banking International division supporting HR Business Partners.
Lorenzo joined ISG Hungary October 2006 as HR consultant. Since then he established a wide business network. Thanks to his knowledge of both Swiss/German and Hungarian cultural and social aspects he is able to support his clients in an effective way. He is a native German speaker, and fluent in Hungarian, English, Italian and French.

Nóra Németh
Senior Consultant
Nóra started her professional career in the Sales of FMCG sector. At the same time, she studied International Marketing as postgraduate at Budapest Business School (BGE).
After her graduation, she switched towards consultancy and joined the Hungarian subsidiary of Recruitment International Consultancy Group, where she spent significant time as a Senior and later on as Lead Consultant of the Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain Division.
Later on, she spent 5 years with the team of MP Solutions. Her portfolio was expanded here with further areas mainly Finance / Controlling, and HR, IT, Quality Management.
Nóra joined ISG‘s Executive Search & Headhunting Division as a Senior Consultant with the experience of hundreds of successful placements from Specialist to Top Management level in different market segments.
She considers it as her main strength assessing the Client demands correctly and transferring them into the targeted search strategy. She feels utmost delight when the Client and the right Candidate find each other.

Zsófia D. Varga
Senior Consultant
Ms Zsófia D. Varga started her professional career in corporate HR at Hungarian Tourism Plc, where she was involved in internal HR audit and reorganization project including implementing new HR processes.
In 2005, taking use of her corporate experiences, she started with the Anglo-Saxon Recruitment International consultancy company and successfully coordinated Search &Selection of Senior Specialists and Executives in different business areas but with main focus on Corporate Finance, Banks and Shared Services.
After successful 9 years she joined Korn Ferry International where she had the opportunity to work on C level Executives search projects focusing on Central European region.
After an intensive 2 years she wanted to return to the Hungarian market and she joined ISG team as a Senior Consultant where she is focusing on Executive Search and Headhunting projects in generalist function.
During her career she spent one year in Australia studying international HR and during this period she also had the pleasure to work for Woolworth Chain Commercial Department.
In her free time she is actively taking part in Unicef’s Child Rights Education Programme as Trainer.
