Zsuzsanna obtained her bachelor’s degree in Economy at Budapest Business School, at the tourism faculty.  After completing her studies she was working at MEMRB Market Research Agency as Account Executive, managing main multinational clients’ requests. In this role she prepared and held market analysis presentations.

After leaving MEMRB, Zsuzsanna was working 7 years at British American Tobacco Kft. as Research Executive. She was coordinating the qualitative and quantitative market research projects for BAT Hungary and BAT Austria and she participated in main global market research projects. After this period she joined Tesco Hungary where she worked as Coordinator. In this position her main responsibilities included the coordination of store and category specific researches.

Between 2014 and 2017 Zsuzsanna worked as Research Analyst at Egon Zehnder Kft. She was supporting the German and Austrian market by searching for candidates, writing reports about potential candidates, preparing company profiles. Beside this she participated in candidate screening, interviewing and selection for Egon Zehnder Budapest office new colleagues.

Zsuzsanna joined ISG Team in 2018 as Senior Researcher.

In her current position she identifies the potential market segments and target candidates. She is contacting the potential experts and managers with Executive Search and Headhunting methods.

Her personal sub-specialities do certainly include:

  • Research – identifying different market segments, identifying and reaching the potential relevant Candidates – Executive Search, Headhunting
  • Keeping contact with potential Candidates, Clients
  • Preparation of reports
  • Supporting the Consultants work
