Petra Vsetecka has worked in the field of personnel and job advertising for over 26 years. With her in-depth knowledge of job markets she helps her clients to find the best suited candidates quickly and professionally.

Since 2016, she supports ISG in Vienna as a media consultant, assisting companies from a wide range of industries in placing job advertisements. She attaches particular importance to an appreciative, service-oriented support.

After having successfully completed her studies in Journalism & Communication Science, Sabine Rössl worked in time recording and access control in customer service and sales (program extensions).

Subsequently, she transitioned to a personnel advertising agency, where she was responsible for the processing of job advertisements from customer requests to media placement.

Since 2016, she supports ISG in Vienna as a media consultant for the placement of declared ads in print and online media (national and international).
She focuses on a quick, service-oriented and appreciative support of customer concerns.

Dr. Martin Kopsa

Sales Manager

Studied Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business: Graduation in 2003

Studied Political Science at the University of Vienna: Graduation in 2005 and 2014

Strengthening ISGs Viennes team, Martin Kopsa joined in June 2016 as a sales manager. Previously, he was a sales manager at CATRO/Media4Jobs and brings in eight years of experience in media service and sales.

Mag. Michael Supparitsch

Executive Managing Partner

Expertise

Mr. Supparitsch has worked in the banking industry for about 10 years, mainly in corporate banking and auditing. After completing his studies in commercial science. He has gained a great deal of experience in corporate and financial analysis in Austria and abroad.

After changing to the health industry, Mr. Supparitsch was not only able to apply his experience in finance, but also to expand his theoretical knowledge in human resources, marketing and sales in practical implementation. Together with partners he founded 2 companies dealing with the establishment and management of medical practices:

  • Medgroup Consulting GmbH establishes a new quality in outpatient medical care under an Austria-wide brand. As part of this, medgroup supervises the construction and operation of high-quality specialist centers. Mr. Supparitsch was responsible for financing, human resources and recruiting.
  • mediclass Gesundheitsclub is an innovative concept in Europe that, on the one hand, makes health care more aware and, on the other hand, facilitates access to private medicine. Mr. Supparitsch was responsible for fundraising, knowledge transfer, location development, project management, recruiting and controlling.
  • In addition to setting up these companies, Mr. Supparitsch has successfully implemented additional projects in other areas: La pura (a VAMED company): development of a health concept within the framework of the first women‘s health resort in Austria, stress coaching with employees.
  • IQCURE (a brand of the Schletterer Group): establishment of a medical spa splint, creation of a medical additional offer in 4- and 5-star hotels with already existing wellness area and conception of new projects, Know-how transfer.

Johannes Bösze, MBA

Expertise

Johannes Bösze started his professional career in newspaper sales. As an area manager, he was responsible for the delivery of Krone and Kurier, demonstrating his ability and organizational skill for several years.

In 1999, he transitioned to temporary staffing, acting as account manager and personnel consultant. From 2000, he continued his career with the global market leader for HR services. He successfully completed the qualifying examination for trades in temporary employment; his diverse professional training includes a diploma for personal accounting.

Christine Konlechner-Leeb, MAS

Managing Partner

Expertise

Christine Konlechner-Leeb studied economy with a major in Marketing and Sales at Vienna University of Economics and Business, is a certified pharmaceutical advisor and holds a master’s degree in international Health Management from Zurich University of Management & Law. She is also a certified HR Manager and sales trainer.

Ms. Konlechner-Leeb has 25+ years of management expertise in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices especially in the areas of marketing, sales and business development. During her managerial functions in international companies she worked in several European countries. Ms. Konlechner-Leeb also used to work as a sales trainer and has great experience with teambuilding and in leading teams through change processes.
