Biography
Carla holds a Double Degree in Business Administration and Law from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. During her academic journey, she had the privilege of participating in two Erasmus programs—one in Bratislava and another in Budapest. It was during the latter, while undertaking an internship at a legal recruitment firm, that she discovered her passion for human resources and the recruitment sector.
Currently, Carla is part of the team at ISG in Valencia, where she specializes in the IT recruitment sector. She takes great pleasure in establishing direct contact with individuals and providing support to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Carla views recruitment as an opportunity to bridge varying necessities and assist individuals in finding the ideal match, both professionally and personally.
