Ms. Birch is Managing Partner for ISG in Valencia, Spain, where she partners with organisations to build leadership teams and develop people strategies that support sustainable growth. With close to two decades of international experience in executive search, talent advisory and business development, she works closely with stakeholders as a trusted partner during periods of change, scale and market expansion.
As a seasoned global HR professional across several sectors Claire has vast experience recruiting for positions in Web3 and crypto, AI, fintech, technology-driven businesses, corporate functions, education, legal and manufacturing. She brings a strong commercial mindset to her work, helping clients to not only identify the right talent, but to retain them.
She also brings deep, up-to-date expertise in Spanish HR and labour law and has led complex organisational restructures, built HR departments from scratch, and implemented HRIS as well as advanced AI and automation solutions to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen teams for her clients.
