Natalia Pérez de Lazárraga studied Psychology and Pedagogy, where she developed a strong interest in understanding people and helping them grow professionally. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, which allows her to combine academic knowledge with her practical experience in recruitment.
After starting her career in the human resources sector, Natalia discovered her passion for recruitment, where she can connect talent from around the world with companies seeking motivated and skilled professionals.She truly enjoys getting to know candidates from different backgrounds, understanding their goals, and guiding them throughout the hiring and relocation process.
As a Recruitment Consultant, Natalia focuses on creating meaningful connections — helping both companies and professionals find the perfect match while ensuring a smooth and human experience for everyone involved.
