Veteran healthcare recruiting executive brings two decades of hands-on experience to help hospitals tackle their toughest workforce challenges

His track record includes leadership roles at Metropolitan Healthcare Services, NuWest Healthcare, RN Network, and Medical Staffing Network, where he led operational turnarounds, built high-performing teams, and secured major partnerships with hospital networks nationwide.
Known for his ability to turn around struggling operations and align talent strategy with business objectives, Silverman has earned multiple Presidents Club honors throughout his career.
His expertise spans clinical recruitment, executive search, and innovative staffing solutions for hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and integrated health systems.
