Herr Mag. (FH) Scheuba verfügt über exzellente sektorale Kenntnisse des internationalen Medizintechnik-, Pharma-, Biotech- und Health Care-Marktes im Allgemeinen. Herr Scheuba ist Gesundheitsökonom und Absolvent des „Health Management“ Master-Studiums am International Management Center Krems (IMC) in Österreich wo er bereits frühzeitig seinen Fokus auf Pharma-Management, Krankenhaus-Management und Health Care Consulting lenkte.

Herr Mag. (FH) Elmar Scheuba verfügt über eine mehr als 20-jährige berufliche Laufbahn und hatte unter anderem die Gelegenheit Finanzanalyse – Erfahrung bei der drittgrößten Schweizer Bankengruppe zu sammeln, wo er für den Aktienresearch im Health Care Bereich verantwortlich war. Zu seinem Spezialgebiet gehörten Krankenhäuser, Distributoren, Zulieferer und auch Health Care IT-Firmen. Während seiner mehrjährigen beruflichen Tätigkeit konnte Herr Scheuba auch wertvolle Erfahrung in der endovaskulären Medizintechnik-Industrie bei Medtronic Deutschland sammeln und verschaffte sich bei Novartis Pharma Austria zudem einen umfassenden Einblick in die Prozesse der Arzneimittelzulassung. Darüber hinaus, war Herr Mag. (FH) Scheuba später auch als Internationaler Produkt Manager bei einem der führenden europäischen Anbieter von medizinischen Einmal-Produkten und Verbrauchsmaterialien tätig und konnte letztlich sein Können auch als Unternehmensberater im Life Science-Bereich bei der weltweit führenden Consultingfirma Deloitte AG in Zürich aktiv unter Beweis stellen.

Bevor Herr Mag. Scheuba seine tiefe fachliche Expertise letztlich in die ISG-Gruppe einbrachte, war er im Bereich des Executive Search bei zwei renommierten internationalen Beratungshäusern in London und Frankfurt tätig, wo er als Senior Business Manager für die Sektoren: Medizintechnik-, Pharma- und Biotechnologie europaweit verantwortlich war.

Herr Mag. Supparitsch hat nach Absolvierung seines Studiums der Handelswissenschaften rund 10 Jahre im Bankwesen, vorwiegend im Corporate Banking sowie in der Revision gearbeitet.   • Die Medgroup Consulting GmbH etabliert eine neue Qualität in der ambulanten medizinischen Versorgung unter einer österreichweiten Marke. Im Rahmen dessen betreut sie den Aufbau und den Betrieb von hochwertigen Facharztzentren. Mag. Supparitsch war für die Finanzierung, das Personalwesen und das Recruiting zuständig.
  • Der mediclass Gesundheitsclub ist ein in Europa innovatives Konzept, das einerseits die Gesundheitsvorsorge bewusster macht und andererseits den Zugang zur Privatmedizin erleichtert. Mag. Supparitsch war für Fundraising, Wissenstransfer, Standortent-wicklung, Projektmanagement, Recruiting und Controlling zuständig.

Nach Abschluss des Master-Studiums in Meteorologie und Promotion in Experimentalphysik an der Universität Wien ist Herr Rudolf der Stölzle Glasgruppe beigetreten, einem maßgeblichen europäischen Hersteller von primären Glas-Verpackungsmitteln für die pharmazeutische und Konsumgüterindustrie.

Während seiner ersten Jahre bei der Stölzle Gruppe hat Herr Rudolf die Business Unit „Medical“ geleitet, ein Handelsunternehmen und Profit-Center, welches Forschungseinrichtungen, Spitäler sowie auch den Apothekengroßhandel mit Laborausrüstung, Verbrauchsmaterialien und speziellen Verpackungslösungen beliefert.

Nach Zwischenstationen als Verkaufsleiter für Österreich & die Schweiz und Direktor der Business Unit „Pharma & Medical“ übernahm Herr Rudolf in der Funktion als CSO die globale Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung der Business Unit „Healthcare & Consumer“, welche primär pharmazeutische Hersteller in EMEA, CIS, Nord- & Süd-Amerika sowie APAC mit spezifischen und hochqualitativen Pharma- & Consumer-Verpackungslösungen beliefert.

Nach langjähriger Zugehörigkeit zum Führungskreis der Stölzle Gruppe und aktiver Rolle im Aufsichtsrat von Stölzle Russland ist Herr Rudolf im Jahr 2014 zu Nipro Europe gewechselt, einem bedeutenden Tochterunternehmen der Nipro Corporation mit Hauptsitz in Osaka, Japan. In seiner Funktion als Business Unit Director hat er den Verkauf von pharmazeutischen Primärverpackungen und sterilen Spritzen innerhalb EMEA geleitet und verantwortet.

Frau Mag. Prochazka absolvierte das Diplomstudium Psychologie an der Universität Wien mit den Schwerpunkten Arbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie.

Im Rahmen ihrer ersten beruflichen Station war sie 10 Jahre lang in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege tätig. Anschließend war sie am Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen beschäftigt, sowohl im Headquarter in St. Gallen, als auch in der Tochtergesellschaft in Wien. Der inhaltliche Fokus lag auf der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen, Mitarbeiterführung und Unternehmenskultur, sowie auf der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Managemententwicklungsprogrammen.

Sie schloss die Reifeprüfung, das Krankenpflegediplom, sowie das Studium jeweils mit ausgezeichnetem Erfolg ab. Dafür verlieh man ihr 2000 den Würdigungspreis des Bundesministeriums für Bildung, Wissenschaft und Kultur für hervorragende Leistungen.

Seit 2004 ist Mag. Prochazka bei der ISG beschäftigt, seit 2006 in der Position als Prokuristin. Sie hat sich auf die Branchen Pharma, Medizintechnik & FMCG spezialisiert. Mit ihrem Team ist sie in der DACH- & CEE-Region erfolgreich tätig.

Petra Danowski ist seit 2003 Personalberaterin und hatte ihren Schwerpunkt von Beginn an in der Medizintechnik. Ihre langjährige Erfahrung und ihre umfangreichen Produktkenntnisse zeichnen sie aus und garantieren unseren Kunden Erfolg bei der Personalsuche und ist für uns eine Bereicherung.

Doug Braase

Mr. Doug Braase’s professional career started in the United States Navy working with electronics and information technology as a missile technician. While working in the military he was able to visit numerous countries and get to know many different cultures along the way. Early on, he realized his enjoyment of relationship building and considered pursing a path towards human resource management.

Once his active service engagement concluded, Mr. Braase attended Boise State University where he successfully triple-majored having completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in General Business, Entrepreneur Management, and Human Resource Management. During his time at the university, he simultaneously worked in IT and gained valuable knowledge in customer service, leadership training, and troubleshooting technical computer issues.

After college graduation, he worked for a startup company as the director of human resources helping employee growth and training within the HR department. In 2015, Doug moved to Tampa, FL and began working with Maxim Healthcare/TravelMax to recruit for medical personnel who were needed for travel assignments in hospitals all over the United States. Most recently he has worked with WellCare Health Plans in the talent acquisition department placing internal candidates in hundreds of medical and operational roles. He has worked full cycle recruiting for candidates in roles ranging from medical assistants and nurses all the way to director and executive level.

Mr. Braase has really enjoyed working in the Healthcare field and looks to continue that excitement as an Executive Managing Partner within ISG. His primary geographical area is the southeastern region of the United States. In his personal life, Doug was recently married earlier this year and he and his wife enjoy traveling to different regions to hike in the mountains.
