Dear colleagues and customers, our ISG-Americas® ☆☆☆ All-Star-Dream-Team ☆☆☆ is growing at a groundbreaking pace. A huge thank you goes to everyone who believed in us in the early days, remained loyal, and supported us!

The ISG-Americas® team is currently busy developing and expanding the US- and Latin America structure and the overall organizational design. All of our employees & partners are encouraged to drive the vision forward and proactively contribute to shaping the organization.

Each individual is responsible for ensuring that the company continues to evolve and that we grow and learn together as a real team. Our employees act as “true partners” to our business, and have a strong say in all vertical and lateral business areas. But most important, of course, are our clients and prospective partnerships with companies in the US and LATAM!

We offer all of our North-, Middle- and South American clients the support of our team. The experience we bring with us as a European company with 25 years of company history, is important for breaking down “cultural barriers” between EMEA and the Americas and enabling knowledge transfer in both directions.

It’s about honesty, transparency, and authenticity towards our clients. Many companies in the US and LATAM are, or were, our customers in Europe as well. We are currently seeing a trend for European companies to reduce labor costs and outsource their production value chains to LATAM.

LATAM is an excellent territory for production outsourcing and contract manufacturing. Many European companies are also currently shifting their business models from distribution through external partners towards a direct market model, which makes it our responsibility to support these companies in building their operational and commercial structures.

Furthermore, we are already seeing, in the first few months, many US companies moving to Latin America and opening local branches there. This offers numerous opportunities for prospective collaboration, as local know-how is required to operate successfully in Latin America. ISG-Americas® is helping and supporting companies in these and more projects. We would like to thank you very much for the conversations so far and promise to do our best to further expand communication and the exchange of ideas in both directions from Europe to the US and Latam, and vice versa.
