With over two decades of leadership experience spanning Contingency, Retained, RPO, and Corporate Talent Acquisition, Stephen brings a uniquely comprehensive understanding of how organizations attract, engage, and grow exceptional talent. His career includes impactful leadership roles at Walmart, Danaher, Uber, and MoneyGram, where he led initiatives that drove business transformation, client and sales growth, and scalable organizational capability.
In his new role, Stephen will lead regional teams to deliver excellence across partner enablement, business execution, and commercial growth—aligning ISG-Americas’ mission with the evolving needs of clients and members. His leadership philosophy is grounded in clarity, accountability, and innovation, with a focus on reshaping how teams think about performance, partnership, and impact.
A continuous learner and strategic thinker, Stephen actively conducts market research to stay ahead of rapidly changing economic and talent trends, ensuring ISG-Americas® adapts quickly from a business perspective. He is also passionate about developing future leaders, dedicating time and mentorship to promote professional growth and build the next generation of transformative leadership.
