We are delighted to announce that we have integrated Mrs. Carla Inês da Silva Moreira, BSc., MBA., Managing Director of the executive search firm “Euroamerica Partners,” into ISG-Americas® as Executive Managing Partner in Brazil.
Carla, considered a highly experienced HR all-rounder, will be integrated into the Brazilian office and -organizational structure on a dotted-line basis – both, under the overall leadership and management of ISG-Americas®, and under the local management of our ISG-Brazil office, represented by our local lead, Mr. Massilon Miranda.
Carla Moreira is the Founder and Managing Director of EA Partners, an Executive search and recruiting consultancy specializing in leadership positions across Latin America and the United States.
With a solid career in Executive search and recruiting, Carla has led strategic projects for companies in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and the U.S., having successfully managed searches for key roles such as CEO, CFO and VP. Her approach is known for being highly consultative, combining deep market insight with a robust professional network.
Carla is recognized for her ability to identify talent that aligns with her clients’ culture and business goals, contributing to the strengthening of leadership within the organizations she serves. She also provides strategic support in succession planning, organizational structure, and leadership development, acting as a trusted partner during times of transformation and growth.
She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering at UFRJ, an MBA in Business Management at FGV, a Postgraduate degree in Finance, and certification in Integral Systemic Coaching at Febracis —which brings together a strategic, technical, financial, and human perspective. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, international experience, and a strong results-driven mindset, Carla Moreira is a respected reference in executive search and strategic leadership across Latin America.
