Chan Nou is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in Talent Acquisition and Associate Managing Partner at International Service Group, bringing over two decades of transformative recruiting leadership to global and national organizations. With a B.A. in Business and Economics/Human Resources Management from California State University, Fullerton, she has designed and executed strategic hiring initiatives for industry leaders including Google, Amazon, Columbia Sportswear, Hyundai, Toyota, Niagara Bottling, and QSC. Her distinguished career spans diverse sectors from fintech and technology to manufacturing, construction, consumer goods, and healthcare, where she consistently delivers high-impact talent solutions that drive measurable business results.
Her comprehensive expertise encompasses the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from workforce planning and employer branding to advanced sourcing methodologies and process optimization.
As both an independent consultant and corporate leader, Chan has mastered cutting-edge recruiting technologies including AI-enabled search tools, Boolean and X-ray searches, and modern ATS platforms like Workday, iCIMS, and Jobvite.
