Jose Oros is a distinguished talent acquisition executive with over 14 years of specialized expertise in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. As an Associate Managing Partner at ISG-Americas®’s Building and Construction practice, he brings unparalleled depth in orchestrating complex executive search campaigns across the built environment industry.
Throughout his career, Jose has successfully executed hundreds of full-cycle recruitment initiatives for C-suite executives, project directors, senior estimators, construction executives, and specialized technical professionals across commercial, residential, infrastructure, and aerospace construction markets. His client portfolio spans Fortune 500 construction companies, premier engineering firms, federal infrastructure projects including LAWA developments, and innovative technology companies seeking construction and engineering talent.
Jose’s entrepreneurial approach to talent acquisition has been demonstrated through strategic partnerships with industry leaders including SoundCloud, where he spearheaded technical recruitment for machine learning engineers and data scientists, and through his work with prestigious construction firms such as Lennar, KB Homes, Toll Brothers, and Pulte Homes. His expertise extends beyond traditional construction roles to encompass complex regulatory environments, including H-1B visa processing, ITAR compliance, and prevailing wage requirements.
Prior to joining ISG, Jose founded and operated successful independent consulting practices, serving clients ranging from aerospace manufacturers like PCC (Shur-Lok Aerospace) to major real estate developers including The Irvine Company. He also led recruitment operations for specialized sectors including semiconductor manufacturing, heavy equipment operations, and HVAC engineering.
