Daniel Sexton is an executive recruiter specializing in connecting high-impact manufacturing and supply chain organizations with the leadership talent they need to grow, innovate, and compete. His career is built on a foundation of operational excellence, global supply chain leadership, and hands-on experience across diverse industrial environments.
Daniel’s leadership journey began with service in the U.S. Navy, where he honed discipline, problem-solving, and team-building skills in high-pressure operational settings. He further developed his expertise in manufacturing and aerospace while working at Lucas Aerospace, gaining insight into precision engineering, production processes, and complex supply chains. At Cisco Systems, Daniel expanded his global perspective, managing technology-driven operations and supply chain networks that required both agility and strategic foresight.
For 18 years, Daniel lived and worked in Hong Kong, leading supply chain teams across the Asia Pacific region. This experience provided him with deep cross-cultural insights, proficiency in managing multi-country logistics, procurement, and production networks, and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing manufacturing and supply chain leaders in global markets.
Known for his consultative approach and clear, responsive communication, Daniel is skilled at building trust with both clients and candidates. He understands the pressures of modern manufacturing—talent shortages, aging workforces, digital transformation, and the need for operational resilience—and specializes in identifying leaders capable of driving performance at every level, from plant operations and engineering to supply chain strategy and executive leadership.
