Stephen Lechner has spent more than a decade at the intersection of people, performance, and technology, helping Fortune 500 companies and high-growth enterprises design the workforce strategies that drive transformation. He is recognized for mentoring senior leaders, cultivating high-value networks, and turning complex hiring challenges into opportunities for growth. With a specialization in AI, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Technologies, Stephen has earned a reputation for aligning talent acquisition with business outcomes and ensuring organizations have the right leadership in place to deliver measurable, lasting impact.
Throughout his career, Stephen has held leadership roles at Walmart Global Technology, Uber, Danaher, and Lennox International, where he consistently built high-performing teams, reduced time-to-fill for critical roles, and delivered measurable business impact. At Walmart, he spearheaded enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives across AI/ML, Deep Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Technologies, developing scalable pipelines and succession strategies that supported multi-billion-dollar growth across Global Tech and Data Ventures. His efforts reduced time-to-fill by 30% and generated more than $1.3M in annual savings while elevating the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Stephen’s expertise extends beyond recruitment execution into workforce analytics, leadership development, and succession planning. He is recognized for his ability to collect, interpret, and operationalize talent data—turning insights into strategies that directly align with enterprise objectives.
