Cathy Trinh is a transformational force in the executive search industry, bringing over 25 years of talent advisory expertise to her new role as Managing Partner of ISG-Americas®, based in California. Joining forces with our trailblazing Dream Team USA, Cathy steps into this chapter ready to build bridges between East and West, heart and hustle, data and destiny.
Her career spans decades of experience working with Fortune 500 giants and scaling visionary startups. Cathy’s rare combination of talent advisory expertise and her authentic ability to inspire through her own story of perseverance creates uniquely valuable client partnerships. Her consultative approach to executive search, coupled with her contagious energy and wisdom, will undoubtedly strengthen our West Coast presence and elevate our entire organization. Cathy holds a degree in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton, where she laid the academic foundation for her future in global leadership consulting. But her true credentials were earned in the trenches of life. A first-generation Vietnamese-American, cancer survivor, and sober woman in long-term recovery, Cathy’s story is one of radical reinvention. Her personal journey has evolved into a powerful platform where she uplifts others with honesty, grit, and grace.
She is also a celebrated author of “The Journey: Mastering the Art of Slowing Down” and an internationally known speaker on topics like personal transformation, mental wellness, and resilience.
