Edvard Ljulko is a partner in ISG Estonia for recruitment and executive search and an experienced specialist in understanding people’s minds, who has been complimented by clients for his holistic approach. 

His current work in ISG includes, among others, executive search and recruitment for the new biggest in Europe permanent magnet plant in construction by Neo Performance Materials, which is the first industrial project funded by the EU’s Just Transition Fund in whole of Europe and enables the transition to electric vehicles while employing close to 1000 people in a region further away from Estonia’s capital region.  

Edvard works across all sectors in Estonian, English, and Russian languages. He holds a degree in Adult Education with a specialization in Organization Psychology. He is a founder of a successful leading social enterprise organization and has done extensive public policy work.
