Emese obtained her master’s degree at University of Debrecen on the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.

After completing her studies, she has been working for 7 years as an Account Manager at a business management software company. She was responsible for clients in the SME sector.

She has joined ISG team in 2019 as a Researcher, was promoted to Senior Researcher and Research Team Lead in 2021 and supports currently the work of Senior Consultants, and coordinates the work of the Researchers.

Her personal specialities:

• Handling of databases and records;
• Keeping contact with Candidates, presenting the positions, convincing Candidates;
• Research – mapping of different market segments, identifying target persons, contacting – using Direct Search, Headhunting and depending on the position’s level using Executive Search methods;
• Preparing Reports;
• Administrative tasks;
• Supporting the work of Senior Consultants.
