Erika graduated at Budapest Business School Faculty of International Management and Business.

She started her professional carrier in HR services working as Headhunter / Consultant at a consultancy company. She gained extensive professional experience in the Search and Selection of Engineers and Mid-managers. She has proven evidence of numerous successful placements in different sectors (automotive, production / manufacturing, SSC, IT, banking).

She joined ISG team as a Consultant, focusing on Direct Search & Selection projects of international companies with generalist approach.

Her personal sub-specialities do certainly include:

• End-to-end execution of Headhunting / Direct Search projects on national and international markets
• Market research, identification of potential candidates
• Participation in Assessment/Development Centers as an Assessor or Moderator
• Active participation as Consultant in different HR projects (e.g. market benchmark, salary scope, etc.)
