Biography
Uwe Schmitt has been Managing Partner in the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main metropolitan region since 2020. Since 1987, he has worked as a manager in international IT companies – including Nixdorf Computer, Oracle and IBM – in the areas of sales and personnel development.
He is a certified management coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world’s largest coaching association, of which he also served as a board member in Germany. He is also involved in the Federal Association of Personnel Managers (BPM) and has supported the University of Mannheim’s Absolventum alumni network as a volunteer executive coach and mentor since 2019.
Since 2024, Uwe Schmitt has also been a lecturer in human resources management and business psychology at universities in Heidelberg and Mainz.
