Veronika graduated at Szent István University in Jászberény. Prior to joining ISG, she spent 9 years at a leasing company as an office manager – receptionist. She joined ISG team in 2018, where she is responsible for the entire Front Desk and from 2020 she performs Office Management tasks as well.

Main tasks:

  • Managing and coordinating the office operation (administration, financial tasks, procurement etc.)
  • Managing databases and record files
  • Preparing reports and statements
  • Welcoming/Greeting clients and candidates
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Responsible for preparing meeting rooms properly and daily record keeping
  • Registration of customer and supplier accounts, contracts, other documents
  • Handling invoices, preparing financial statements
  • Recording new candidate materials
  • Supporting the work of the Manager and Consultants
