Aylin Günbey graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1994. She then received language training in England. She worked in the automotive sector as a quality engineer, project manager, production system supervisor, and management systems supervisor. She has over 20 years of experience, mostly in the automotive industry. She has worked for leading and corporate companies such as Ford Otosan Sanayi A.Ş., Bosch Profilo Sanayi A.Ş., and Otoyol-IVECO. In 2004, she completed her master’s degree in Business Administration at Kocaeli University. She has also provided “management systems consultancy and training” to automotive companies for a period.
Since 2019, she has been offering Recruitment and Executive Search services to automotive, heavy industry and industrial production companies within the ISG company. By finding and recruiting the right talents, she contributes to employees’ career development and plays a critical role in the success of companies.
