As a seasoned sales leader who consistently exceeded growth targets (100% YOY) while managing nationwide operations, Alex will be instrumental in expanding our California footprint.

With more than 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, Alex has developed a reputation for delivering high-impact talent solutions that align with his clients’ long-term business goals. Prior to joining ISG-Americas ®, Alex led his own search firm, Teleios VII, LLC, where he specialized in direct hire placements and strategic staffing for mid-market and enterprise clients. He has a strong track record of success in business development, full-desk recruiting, and building out new markets and service lines for growing organizations.

Alex’s consultative approach and industry insight allow him to serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. He is particularly skilled at identifying and placing senior leaders in operations, sales, and supply chain roles across the 3PL, distribution, and light industrial sectors.
