Biography
Dominik Gaßner has been part of the ISG family since September 2023, initially joining as a Recruiting Intern. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, he quickly advanced and now holds the position of HR Manager for the Dannebergplatz branch.
His academic background in Human Resource Management from FH Wien der WKW provides a solid foundation for his role in HR. Currently, he is expanding his knowledge through a Master’s program in Digital HR and Applied Labor Law at FH BFI, preparing him to tackle the challenges of modern HR management.
Outside of work, Dominik is a passionate sports fan—especially when it comes to football and basketball, which he enjoys watching. He also loves swimming and discovering new restaurants. His motto, “He who makes a mistake and does not correct it, makes another one”, reflects his thoughtful and solution-oriented mindset.
With his analytical skills and keen understanding of people, Dominik ensures that HR processes at ISG are efficient and future-proof.
