Elias Rydel began his career at ISG Personalmanagement in October 2023 as part of Mag. Thomas Fellner’s team, focusing on recruiting. After this insightful and exciting period, he decided to set a new focus in his career and transitioned into the field of Personnel Development & Training.
Elias works in the training sector to support individuals in their professional and personal growth. With empathy and practical methods, he contributes to strengthening competencies and achieving sustainable learning success.
