Technical Recruiting Executive
Hedi is a strategic and performance-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and leading high-impact recruiting operations across SaaS, B2B/B2C, and technology verticals. He specializes in full-cycle technical and executive recruiting – from software engineering and cloud infrastructure to DevOps, data, cybersecurity, and senior leadership roles – while simultaneously driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and mentoring recruiting teams.

Throughout his career, Hedi has consistently ranked among top producers, generating $700K–$1.25M+ in annual gross profit and earning nine CEO Club recognitions. At Interactive Resources, he drove $900K in billings in 2024, paced $700K+ YTD in 2025, and ranked #2 in companywide revenue. At BrainWorks, he built and scaled a specialized technology recruiting practice, surpassed quota with $1.25M GP in just 15 months, and delivered key searches for Cloud Security Engineers, Data Architects, and VP-level talent. During his tenure at Kore1, he led a 10-person recruiting team and achieved $832K in GP in 2019. Earlier at CyberCoders, as a Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter, he was repeatedly recognized as a top biller and CEO Club member for seven consecutive years, delivering full-cycle recruiting across .NET, Java, SQL, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, and BI roles, and placing over 225 professionals in eight years.

Hedi excels at designing scalable recruiting engines and operational frameworks. He has implemented KPI systems, candidate briefing processes, passive sourcing strategies, and CRM/ATS standards (Bullhorn, Lever, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Workable, and others) that cut time-to-fill by 20–30%, improve submission-to-hire ratios, and increase average deal sizes. He brings particular expertise in negotiating MSAs with high-growth tech clients, mapping talent markets, and advising founders and executive leaders on hiring strategy, employer value proposition, and team scaling.
Beyond the numbers, Hedi prides himself on being a trusted advisor and mentor. He has coached and developed recruiters to become top performers, built onboarding programs, and created dashboards and accountability cadences that make teams more efficient and successful. His approach blends deep technical knowledge with business development acumen, ensuring that both clients and candidates experience a high-touch, consultative process.
