Biography
During his training at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Munich, Horst Neumayer focused on the fields of Marketing and Sales. He successfully applied the expertise he gained in various companies across the German-speaking region, acquiring extensive practical experience in sales and personnel management.
Since 2008, Horst Neumayer has been part of the ISG Headquarter team in Vienna, where he supports the Sales Department with strong professional competence and entrepreneurial vision. Owing to his long-standing experience and proven success, the management entrusted him in 2019 with the operational responsibility for building, developing, and leading the Sales Team in the DACH region. In 2022, he additionally assumed responsibility for the Recruiting Department. In early 2025, Horst Neumayer was appointed to the Management Board, where he continues to contribute his strategic expertise and leadership capabilities.
In his leadership approach, Horst Neumayer places great emphasis on open and respectful communication, mutual trust, and the continuous professional development of his team. He also considers a sense of humor an essential element of a positive and productive work culture.
