Biography
Since 2025, Jana Fröhlich has been part of the ISG team as a Research & Recruiting Assistant. With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Konstanz and valuable experience in recruiting at Drees & Sommer in Stuttgart as well as in HR at exporto in Konstanz, she brings strong analytical skills and expertise to her role.
She is currently expanding her knowledge with a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Vienna, which she started in October 2024. This academic background complements her practical experience and provides valuable insights into modern recruitment strategies.
In her free time, Jana enjoys working out at the gym or playing tennis. Her motto, “The journey is the goal”, reflects her mindset of embracing challenges and continuous growth.
