Biography

Kenneth Sandbloom, B.A. began his career after attending Iowa State University in the finance industry as a Controller for a large restaurant supply company in the Phoenix area. He transitioned from the finance sector to the recruiting industry after relocation to Florida. This boutique firm worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies across the United States which he achieved a high level of success developing long term relationships and skills to deliver exceptional results to prospective clients.

As an experienced search professional, Kenneth transitioned to a national staffing firm bringing his expertise to an organization with limited exposure in the search industry. He was able to identify new markets, recruiting strategies and training which led to multiple promotions. This success ultimately gave him the opportunity to open two new divisions in the technical and accounting sectors for the organization. His success led to the opening of 15 new offices across the United States which included identifying office space, new business development, hiring and training of 200+ recruiters as well as P & L responsibility.

With this experience, his next professional venture was opening a search firm. Through market research and experience, he identified a niche market in the oil and gas industry which led to a highly successful start-up. Due to this success with the placement of high-level engineering professionals and contractors, the search firm received an offer and sold.
For the past 13 years, Kenneth has utilized all this experience to provide exceptional service to clients in the medical device industry. He has leveraged his client relationships, strong network within the industry and recruiting strategies to identify top talent. Relationship driven to make the biggest impact for clients and candidates for optimum search results.

Beyond the 35 years of industry experience, Kenneth has two beautiful daughters, enjoys all water sports, sailing, fitness training, golf and traveling with his long-time girlfriend.
