Biography
Kim has 16 years experience from different C-level roles in the leasing, automotive and manufacturing sector. Kim has also more than 20n years experience as C-level trusted advisor across many industries. He has worked with business HR and reporting, change management, business development, M&A, internationalization etc. He also has experience from several board work.
Kim has recruited more than 500 persons in management and specialist disciplines within manufacturing and leasing sector in Denmark and Germany, he is profficient in English and German language. He has recruited qualified board members, designed board structure and competence guidelines, and provided mentoring.
