Biography
Lena joined the ISG team in 2026 as a Research & Recruiting Assistant. While pursuing her degree in Economics and Social Sciences at Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), she is gaining valuable practical experience in recruiting and supports the team in identifying, approaching, and selecting suitable candidates.
In her role, she oversees the entire research and recruiting process—from identifying suitable profiles to making initial contact and supporting applicants. She works in a structured and precise manner, with a keen sense of people and their individual potential.
Her nearly four years of professional experience at one of Austria’s largest partially state-owned companies is particularly valuable to her work. There, she worked in direct contact with clients and was able to significantly develop her communication skills, organizational talent, and ability to respond professionally to a wide variety of people and situations. This experience shapes her approach to recruiting today: service-oriented, empathetic, and reliable.
Thanks to her previous experience, Lena brings excellent communication skills, a high degree of empathy, and a deep understanding of different personalities to the table.
Outside of work, Lena places great importance on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and personal growth. Through running, the gym, and yoga, she achieves the balance that keeps her focused, resilient, and full of energy.
Guided by the principle that “growth begins with curiosity,” Lena approaches new challenges with an open mind, authenticity, and dedication, thereby making a valuable contribution to successful research and recruiting processes.
