Biography

Mario Praschberger, MSc (born 1972), is a seasoned expert in strategic sales, trade, and leadership management. With over two decades of international experience in the construction industry, he has acquired extensive management and sales expertise — including senior roles at HTI Gienger KG / GC Group in Germany. Most recently, he was responsible for strategic business development as Key Account Manager Trade Austria and Head of Sales Western Austria at BMI Austria GmbH.

Since August 2023, Mario Praschberger has been serving as Managing Partner, Region D-A-CH, at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH, where he contributes his in-depth market knowledge in recruiting, executive search, and HR consulting.

He is a trained wholesale merchant and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Management / Trade Management from FH Wien der WKW. His early training at the Theresian Military Academy in Wiener Neustadt laid the foundation for his strong sense of discipline and leadership skills.
