Since 2017, Massimo Schrijvers has been working as a recruitment consultant at ISG, specializing in the placement of technical, commercial, and sales professionals and executives. His core focus lies on medium-sized industrial companies in sectors such as electrical engineering, mechanical and plant engineering, and construction – both nationally and across Europe.

Together with his team, he manages the entire recruitment process: from initial client contact and targeted direct search to candidate interviews and final contract negotiations. His work is marked by many years of project experience, intercultural competence, and a keen understanding of business structures and decision-making processes.

Based in Berlin and with roots in North Rhine-Westphalia, Massimo handles projects throughout Germany – particularly in NRW – and increasingly in international markets.
He stands for reliable, transparent collaboration at eye level – with companies as well as candidates. His consulting approach is defined by quality, precision, and a strong commitment to long-term success.
