Biography
Holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, with additional studies in Business Management, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources, and training in Team, Executive, and Sports Coaching.
He is a certified Coach at the Senior Practitioner level by the EMCC.
With over 30 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, Human Resources Consulting, and Coaching across virtually all sectors, he has worked in both national and international consulting firms on large-scale transformation projects, serving as Partner, Director, Project Manager, and Consultant.
He is an expert in C-level Coaching, Executive Committee Coaching, Assessment Centers, Performance Evaluation Systems, and Competency-Based Management.
