Biography
ISG-Americas® Appoints Vivien Dinh Brown as the Global Head of Total Rewards for ISG Americas ®. She will be based out of Irvine, CA and servicing all time zones within North America.
Vivien holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences from the University of California, Irvine (Zot! Zot!). More recently, she completed the Juris Doctor law degree from Trinity Law School with an emphasis in business contracts, corporate HR policies, employment/labor law, litigation and dispute resolution. More recently, she became a Certified Global Senior Professional HR (G-SPHR). Vivien now leads as the CEO and Founder of Ennea Ventures® (dba “Ennea Energy Solutions” & “Enneagram Transformations”), a global Human Capital Enterprise solutions platform with over 1,200 partnerships across multiple industries globally.

Vivien brings to ISG over 30+ years of global Human Capital experience spanning across start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Her “Claim to Fame” is to attract and build high performing teams for a variety of start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in both the private and public sectors. In this remarkable career span, Vivien served various Global Head of HR leadership roles where she grew organizations both organically and scaled their business operations by growing its workforce from small to large organizations with well over thousands of employees. Her successful track record lies within various industries such as Aviation Manufacturing, Banking/Finance, Energy, Healthcare, Higher Education, Non-profit, Self-storage Property Management, Real Estate, and Restaurant & Hospitality, spanning globally US, Canada, Mexico, EU, SE Asia, South Korea, China, Japan and India.
In early 2025, Vivien left her corporate role as the SVP, Global Head of HR for a Fortune-100 Global Energy Enterprise to rebrand her own Human Capital Consultancy, Ennea Ventures®. This is an established retained HR advisory firm that offers tailored Human Capital Strategic Planning, Total Rewards & Compensation solutions alongside fractional HR partnerships for organizations operating in North America, particularly in energy and global energy commodities markets.

This is a key position to propel ISG’s core values and mission to develop a first in class consultancy platform within the Americas that is centered around highly specialized industry knowledge across multiple key verticals. These vertical, combined with a comprehensive suite of HCM services, aims to deliver precisely targeted solutions to ISG clients. Operating from deep expertise in a variety of industry sectors around the world, our ISG Total Rewards team will leverage our local presence of experts to offer our clients global access to the industry’s Total Rewards data insights across geographic and functional labor markets within North America.
