Holds a degree in Law and a Master’s in Human Resources, along with training in Organizational Positive Psychology. She is a certified Coach by the ICF and a Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance. She brings over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field, developed within multinational companies in the energy and telecommunications sectors, where she has held various positions.
She currently balances her work as a university lecturer with delivering corporate training programs. Her areas of expertise include Cultural Transformation, Leadership, Soft Skills, and Agile methodologies.
