Biography
Mrs. Mazanek completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & E-Business Management at the University of Applied Sciences Krems. As part of her studies, she spent a semester abroad in France. She then pursued a Master’s degree in European Economy & Business Management at the University of Applied Sciences bfi Vienna, alongside her work as an Assistant in Group Strategy at an international banking institution.
After completing her studies, she spent nine years working as a Regional Manager and Project Manager in the food industry. In these roles, she gained extensive experience in personnel management, recruiting, and employee development, as well as in strategic and operational project management.
Since mid-2022, Ivana Mazanek has been strengthening the ISG team in Vienna, where she independently manages national and international search and selection projects as a Senior Consultant. In this role, she supports clients from a wide range of industries.
